  • Do you accept walkins?
    Currently accepting walk-ins at Creekside Medical Clinic, please call to book an appointment! Just give us a call and we'll be sure to fit you in.
  • How can I book an appointment?
    If you're looking to book an appointment with us, feel free to call us at 403-275-6606! We'd be happy to help you out.
  • Can I make an appointment through online?
    We have stopped accepting online bookings and only cater via phone appointments. We will be restarting online bookings shortly, check back for updates.
  • What services do you offer?
    We offer full family medicine care, mens health, womens health, pediatrics and diabetes care. We also offer routine vaccinations. For more information, you may visit our Services page.
  • Where are you located?
    Creekside Medical Clinic is located at #4, 12192 Symons Valley Road NW Calgary, AB, T3P 0A3. We are next to Shoppers Drug Mart co-located with Dental, Physio and Optical.
